A one hour drive to Bangor
Five bus hours to Logan airport
To Zurich overnight
A seven hour flight
Then Athens in three hours more.

Sixteen hours strapped to a chair
Barreling through the thin air
Our final stop
A one hour hop
To Samos and then we were there.
